      本文从专业经济与范围经济等经济学理论入手对孵化器和风险投资的融合进行了理论探讨,阐述了企业孵化器与风险投资融合的经济现象。孵化器与风险投资的融合存在着范围经济性,孵化器与风险投资不是完全相同的,具有自己的独特之处,有自己的运作程序。孵化器与风险资本的结合可以促使非排他性资源的共享,降低信息获取成本,保持各自的独特性,提高专业化运作的效率和质量。

      According to the economic theories of economics of specialization, economics of scope, etc. this paper expounds the economic phenomenon of the combination of business incubator and venture capital. There is a nature of scope economy in the combination of business incubator and venture capital. The business incubator and venture capital are different in that they have their respective uniqueness and their own operational procedures. The combination of business incubator and venture capital can promote the share of the non-exclusive resources, reduce the cost to get the information and keep their respective uniqueness to improve the efficiency and the quality of specialized operation.
