      近几年,集团性企业一直是国内商业银行重点营销、积极介入的对象,加强集团企业客户信贷风险管理极其重要。由于集团性企业由多个企业法人组成,具有组织结构多样性、经营多元性、管理更复杂等特点,造成其信贷风险的表现与单一企业不同,因此,商业银行防范集团客户信贷风险的重点在于:实行集团性企业统一授信;建立信息共享机制;加强关联交易和关联行为的分析和监控;严格控制集团性企业的担保虚化;加强贷后管理和风险预警等。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, group enterprises have always been the vital marketing targets for domestic commercial banks to lobby actively, so it is of utmost importance to strengthen the credit risk management of group customers. Because group enterprises are made up of several corporations, they have such characteristics as miscellaneous organizational structure, diversified operation, complicated management and so on, all of which make their credit risks different from single enterprise. In order to prevent the credit risks of group enterprises, commercial banks should focus on the following: to carry out the unified credit conferring to group enterprises, to build the information-sharing mechanism, to strengthen the analysis of and supervision over associate transactions and related behaviors, to control strictly group enterprises’ warranty to be nonexistent, to enhance the management after loan and risk warning, etc.
