      The agricultural product associations are important ties for government to connect farmers and agribusiness. This paper analyzes the development characteristics of the agricultural product associations in China, and indicates that under the WTO we should further exert the power of agricultural product associations and perfect its functions to steer the agricultural product associations to develop healthily from such aspects as cultivating the preponderant industry of agriculture, altering the support mode of government, etc.
