      In this paper, a probe is made on the definition, structure and teaching method for the course of "Simulated Enterprise Management Practices ". The opinion is held in this paper that such practical course aims to facilitate the students within a relatively short time to integrate the ability of applying the knowledge they have learned, experience the whole process of enterprise operation and grasp the basic thought and method to find the problems and bring up the solutions for them in a systematical way.
