      随着跨国公司在华并购限制减少,越来越多的跨国公司选择以并购方式进入我国。本文就目前外资并购我国企业的现状、发展趋势进行了分析,并提出了一些发展的建议,期望规范并购与保障经济安全运行。

      With the restrictions on M&A diminishing in China for multinational corporations (MNC), more and more MNCs prefer to enter China by M&A. An analysis is carried out in this paper on the present situation and development trend of M&A from foreign capital in China and some suggestions are then put forward for the development to both support M&A and ensure the economic security.
