      目前北京地区的企业服务需要:主要类别是资源配置类和经营活动类;主要项目是市场开拓、员工生活服务、信息提供和人才引进等;其中,不同规模、行业和所有制企业的服务需要项目侧重点有所差异;企业服务需要总体满足程度是一般偏好,但三分之一企业服务需要量未能得到社会提供而由企业自我解决;企业的服务主体和服务方式主要是市场企业和合作进行方式;政府提供的企业服务在量和满足程度上尚处于一般状态;社会专家服务主体和咨询帮助服务方式满足程度还较差。

      Through the abstract survey and the analysis with the use of statistical software SPSS,the current condition of business service requirement in Beijing region are as follows:the main classification are the resource configuration and the operating activities;the key items are the market exploitation,subsistence services for employees,information provision and talent recruitment,etc.among which there are some discrepancies in the particular service requirement items for individual enterprises of different scales,industries and ownerships;the satisfaction degree of the total business service requirement is generally better than average,but one-third of business service requirements cannot be satisfied by the society and has to be automatically settled by businesses themselves;the master of business service is primarily market business,and the business service method is primarily the cooperating mode;the business services provided by government are still averagely good in both the amount and the satisfaction degree;the service master of social specialists and the service mode of consulting service are still poor in the satisfaction degree.
