      近年来中国经济持续快速增长,但消费在拉动经济增长中没有能够发挥应有的作用,消费率偏低且持续下降是一个不争的事实。要使国家经济持续健康的发展,促进国民自身消费将是今后我国经济工作的重要任务。从短期来看,增加居民收入是促进居民消费的主要措施,但从长期来看,改善居民消费环境,化解居民消费的种种压力,让居民放心消费,将是促进居民消费持续增长不容忽视的重要方面。
英文摘要:
      China's economy has kept growing fast in recent years.Generally speaking,however,consumption has failed to exert its function in boosting the economic growth.It is an undisputed fact that the consumption rate is somewhat low and continues to decline.From now on,it is an important task in China's economic work to facilitate the self-consumption among national inhabitants in order to promote the sustained and sound development of state economy.In the short term,the main measure that promotes inhabitants to expend should be the increase in the income of inhabitants.However,in the long run,improving the consumption environment for inhabitants,alleviating various pressures on their consumption and ensuring their relieved consumption will be important aspects that cannot be neglected in promoting the sustained development of the inhabitant consumption.
