      举办奥运会对一个城市乃至国家会产生复杂的影响。它除了会对经济发展具有巨大的推动作用外,还有可能产生影响经济正常发展的瞬间放大效应和后奥运效应。如何应对这两个效应,减少奥运前后的盲目投资和不必要损失,必须注意和解决好三个方面的问题:第一,不要将“奥运经济”等同于北京奥组委的市场开发计划;第二,“奥运经济”并非大企业的豪门盛宴,小企业将更有作为;第三,奥运场馆建设既要能够满足奥运会期间的高质量需求,同时还要考虑到这个城市的财务支付能力和场馆的长期使用。

      The Olympic Games could bring a series of complicated economic effects to the host city and even the whole country.Besides its tremendous propel in the economic development,it is likely to have an instant magnifying effect and a post-Olympics effect on the normal economic development.To deal with these two effects and to decrease the blind investment before and after the Olympics as well as the unnecessary expense,attention must be paid to the settlement of the problems in the following three aspects:First,do not confuse "the Olympics economy" with the market development program of the Organizing Committees of the Beijing Olympic Games.Second,"the Olympics economy" is not a big cake just for large corporations whereas small companies may have greater chances to do more.Third,the stadiums built for the Olympics should meet the high needs during the Olympics.Moreover,great concerns should be paid to the financial disbursement capability of the city and the long-term utilization of the facilities.
