      At present, the Chinese fund market is experiencing a serious crisis. Compared with the fund structure in the stable fund markets of developed countries such as the USA, UK and Japan, China's fund industry lacks appropriate infrastructure and legislation. It is urgent to improve the current procedures for choosing fund trustees, introduce the company-oriented fund and promptly make the legislation perfect so as to solve the problems immediately.
