      根据西方发达国家的金融体制不同,产融结合模式主要划分为市场主导型、银行主导型和政府主导型三种模式,目前对于我国采取何种模式,各方观点有所不同。本文通过对三种模式的市场条件等因素进行比较,同时分析了我国产融结合的历程和特点,认为作为一种最终目标,我国宜于选择市场主导型模式,将英美模式作为我国产融结合的目标模式。

      In light of different financial systems in the developed countries, the industry-finance integration is mainly divided into three models: industry-finance integration based on market, industry-finance integration based on bank and industry-finance integration based on government. At present, there are divergent viewpoints on which model should be adopted in China. This paper compares the three models on such factors as their market conditions, etc. and analyzes the process and features of industry-finance integration in China. As an ultimate goal, it is appropriate for China to choose the model of industry-finance integration based on market, with British-American models as the targeting model for industry-finance integration in China.
