      The concept of Public Relations (PR) has been deciphered in many different ways. Due to the openness and evolvement of PR concept as well as the zero and deviation in linguistics, it is not only necessary but also feasible to decode it in resolving and synthesizing ways. This article analyzes the PR concept from the original "Public Relations" and decodes it in resolving and synthesizing ways in order to have a systematic, abundant and profound understanding of Public Relations.
