      This paper expounds the significance and the urgency of industrial reorganization of coal enterprises. On the basis of the analysis on the advantages for industrial reorganization of coal enterprises, it asserts that industrial reorganization is the only way to solve the problem. It puts forward the principle and target for industrial reorganization of coal enterprises. Meanwhile, it probes into the concrete thoughts on the industrial reorganization of coal enterprises.
