Along with the fast growth of China's economy, the circulation industry has also entered the speedway of vigorous development. However, during the speedy economic progress, various conflicts and contradictions arise between retailer and supplier, which have affected the development of their normal cooperative relationship. This paper deeply analyzes the behaviors, reason and harm of the accumulated rancor, and correspondingly proposes the way out and solutions in order to guarantee the sustainable development and the efficiency improvement in China's circulation industry. |
