      通过江苏省的实证研究,本文提出产业集群与外商直接投资确实存在相互促进关系:外资的进入使产业集群的分工协作深化、竞争力提升,产业集群独特的区位优势也可以吸引外资以取得进一步发展。最后,提出了如何利用外资,更好的发展产业集群的政策建议。

英文摘要:

      Based on the empirical analysis of Jiangsu province,this paper argues that there exists a positive interacting rela-tionship between foreign direct investment and industry cluster.The introduction of foreign investment can deepen the labor divi-sion and cooperation in industry cluster and improves the competitiveness.The unique regional advantage of industry cluster may also attract more foreign investment for further development.Finally some suggestions are given to policy makers on better utiliza-tion of foreign investment to develop industry cluster.
