      This essay firstly makes an analysis on the present situation of Chinese enterprise credit service industry to reveal various problems such as credit consciousness,system of rules,laws and regulations,organ establishment and government surveil-lance,information release bulletin board system,etc.It borrows the experiences from advanced countries such as the U.S.and combines the China's own characteristics to put forward the corresponding countermeasures against the problems above.It further predicts the development trend for Chinese enterprise credit service in order to find a way out to avoid the market grabbing from foreign credit service magnates.
