      当前我国外资政策正面临抉择,分析我国外资现状,走向中性化、健全规则和产业倾斜应是未来我国外资政策调整的基本方向,我国外资政策调整对外资流入规模的影响不大,但对外资的产业投向结构和外资投资主体结构将产生较大影响。

英文摘要:

      At present China's policy on foreign investment is facing a crossroad.This paper makes an analysis on the current situation of foreign investment in China and points out that the basic direction for the adjustment of China's policy on foreign in-vestment should be neutralization,rules improvement and industry inclination.In addition,this paper examines the impact of such policy adjustment,and believes that it has little impact on the scale of investment inflow but it has great impacts on investment direction of industry pattern and investor pattern of foreign investment.
