      跨国零售集团的市场势力迅速扩展的主要原因是:信息和管理技术的进步、全球化等因素使交易成本迅速降低,也使得组织能力的低成本复制成为可能,从而深化了零售商与制造商之间的分工。其他原因包括:不公正的竞争规则、少数厂商间形成联盟的更大可能及声誉机制等。但零售商和制造商之间的利益冲突、中小企业间的联盟及更公正的竞争规则都将对跨国零售集团市场势力的进一步扩展产生强大的制衡作用。
英文摘要:
      As to the principal reasons for the rapid expansion of market power of multinational retailer groups,such factors as the progress in information and management technology as well as globalization have rapidly lowered the cost in business,and have also made it possible to reproduce the organizational capability at a low cost,which help deepen the labor division between retailer and manufacturer.Other reasons include the unfair competition rules,more probability of alliance among minority manu-facturers,reputation mechanism,etc.This essay asserts that the interest collision between the retailer and manufacturer,the al-liance among small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)and fairer competition rules will all bring powerful restriction against the further expansion of market power of multinational retailer groups.
