      This article makes an analysis on the financial needs stemmed from the development of circulation industry in the capital city Beijing. It also depicts an overall picture of the current situation and existing problems in circulation industry in Beijing. Taking into consideration the characteristics of the circulation industry in Beijing, a specific framework is presented to improve the guarantee system of financial service for circulation industry in the capital city Beijing.
