      发达国家和新兴工业化国家都在以全球化战略为基础和出发点加速进行国内产业结构调整和国际产业转移。北京作为我国的政治经济文化中心,服务业经过起步、快速发展、调整升级等阶段,具备了一定的规模,现代服务业已经成为北京国民经济的主导产业。在这种大的经济背景下,要求北京市的服务业在国际转移的承接环节要做好各种准备以应对产业国际转移的双重效应,本文将就承接服务业转移的过程中的若干问题进行研究。

      On the foundation and premise of globalization strategy, both the developed countries and the emerging industrialized countries are accelerating to carry on domestic industry structure adjustment and international industry transfer. With Beijing as the political, economic and cultural center of China, the service industry has experienced the stages of emergence, fast growth, adjustment and upgrading, etc. It has developed to such certain scale that the modern service industry has already become the leading industry in national economy of the capital city Beijing. Under such general economic background, the service industry in Beijing is required to be well prepared for the undertaking of international transfer. This paper makes a study on several issues during the process of undertaking the service industry transfer.
