      The standardization in China's mass capital trust transactions should start with the institutional designing in laws to stipulate the operational pattern, the rights and obligations of the parties involved, the information disclosure, etc. The stress should be put on the solutions to the following issues: to establish a reasonable operational pattern, to improve institutional designing in laws, to set up a restrictive supervision and management system and implement assorted and differentiated management and to introduce gradually the trusteeship mechanism.
