      作为银行业新生力量的股份制商业银行经过20年的迅猛发展,已经成为中国金融体系的重要组成部分。但由于制度变迁的“路径依赖”性和相关制度安排不当及制度短缺,我国股份制商业银行从整体而言还存在许多制度问题,因此, 完善与健全股份制商业银行的制度安排,强力打造积极的企业文化是股份制商业银行核心竞争力提升的关键。

英文摘要:

      As the new vigor of banking industry, shareholding commercial banks after two-decade fast growth have been an important part in China's financial system. However, because of the path dependence of institutional transformation, the improper arrangement of related institutions and the shortage of institutions, the institutional problems generally exist in the shareholding commercial banks in China. Therefore, the key to enhancing the core competitiveness of shareholding commercial banks is to improve the institutional arrangement in shareholding commercial banks and make great efforts to build up the positive enterprise culture.
