      管理学的理论体系正日益走向完善和成熟,但其研究方法论仍未走出“贫困”,这是管理学“弱科学属性”的重要原因。本文立足经济学视角,从探查经济学和管理学的学科分野出发,着重考察经济学的研究方法及其与管理学的相互借鉴,进而提出管理学研究方法论体系的建构设想。

英文摘要:

      The theoretical system of management tends to be increasingly perfect and mature, but its research approach is still in shortage, which is an important reason for management to be of "weak science". Based on the framework of economics, this paper explores the subject boundary between economics and management, focuses on the research approach of economics and its use in management for reference, and further proposes the construction of research approach systems in management.
