Business culture is a dynamic integration of business and culture, which is a significant symbol of the development of modern business. In the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, an important strategic plan has been decided to strengthen the cultural construction. Great importance should be attached to the construction of business culture, which is directly concerned with the development of business industry and the living standard of the people. Business enterprises should promote the construction of business culture, establish the people-oriented core concept, adhere to the enterprise spirit of service first, and prosper the business based on commercial integrity. Specifically speaking, business enterprises should cultivate a staff team with love and passion in work and a managerial team with knowledge management, which are the motive power for the sustainability and innovation of an enterprise. |
